History

Established 2003 by Jim Pearson.

    Jim has been in the field of residential construction for about 15 years.  Starting as a helper on a framing crew, he quickly worked his way up.  After only 3 years he became vice president of that same company building new homes and extensions.  Following the example of his boss/partner, he wanted to offer honest and dependable work for a fair price.  In 2003 he left on good terms to start his own company.

    Specializing in framing, Jim quickly focused on general contracting, landing several jobs quickly and building a few spec houses to sell.
